How long does shipping take for beer orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Do you require age verification upon delivery?

Yes, all deliveries containing alcohol require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. Our couriers follow a 'Challenge 25' policy and may ask for valid photo ID.

What should I do if my bottles arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives broken, please take a photo of the damage and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Can I return beer or food items?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods or beverages once they have been opened. If there is a quality issue, please reach out to our customer service team.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

Many of our bottled beers are vegan-friendly. However, some traditional cask ales may use isinglass finings. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific dietary information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the mainland UK due to licensing and customs restrictions regarding the transport of alcohol.
